time@work and eXpense Version 2.4.12

Version 2.4.12 of time@work and eXpense is now available for download from this site, as well as a new version of the system documentation.

Version 2.4.12 contains many corrections and the following new functionality:

1. Conditional Approval

Approval Status Definitions may now be associated with an Inquiry Profile, allowing you to determine the conditions under which approval notifications and approval status records will be generated. This greatly enhances the possibilities of creating chains of approval or approvals for exception conditions.

2. Approval Profiles on Home Page

The Home Page of the Professional Services Workbench (PSW) now contains a link to Approval Profiles in the main body of the page.

3. Creating New Lines in Expense Forms

When clicking New Line in Expense Forms in the PSW you may now specify the number of new lines to be added to the form. Each new line can lead to a page refresh. Creating several new lines at once reduces refreshes and increases productivity.

4. Crystal Template shown in Inquiry Profile grid.

This is a small change that will help you to identify which Crystal templates you are currently using.

5. Problem with Resolution

We have moved the Log Off link in the PSW so that it can be seen on low resolution screens.

There are some additions to the 'controlling' tables and to the data dictionary, and one additional database field in this version. Please refer to support@timeatwork.com if you need advice and support on upgrading to 2.4.12 from earlier versions of 2.4.
