The first time@work PSA implementation in Hungary for AdminConsult Rt.
LLP Budapest is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the implementation of time@work, the Professional Services Automation (PSA) system, at the accounting and HR consulting firm AdminConsult Rt. LLP managed the implementation within a record-time, three-week period. This is the first time@work implementation in Hungary.
time@work is a flexible solution which can be easily tailored to any service company. The system enables employees to enter time data via e-mail and web - separately for customers and projects. The entry data are then processed using time valuation algorithms and a variety of billing techniques to support the business requirements of variety of users. time@work offers extended reporting capabilities - it allows finance to track profitability, revenues and margins right down to particular employees, projects and clients. Pre-defined reports are automatically generated and distributed by e-mail over the Web to staff and customers.
"We use time@work to enter time for single activities and with using its strong analytical tools we use its reporting system to make different kinds of analysis. The important reports for AdminConsult are easily accomplished: one of the most important reports shows how many hours spent our employees on a fix-priced contract and whether these are profitable or not," said Péter Szolnoki, the deputy managing director of AdminConsult Rt.
"Trends show the expansion of service industry in member-countries of European Union and hopefully these trends will be indicated the same situation in Hungary, too. time@work helps service companies to manage their business by giving an accurate, up to date reporting tool right down to the level of individual fee-earners on individual project. And this is very important in competitive situation," said Barbara Dreska, general manager of LLP Budapest.
time@work version 2.1.5 is used by 30 employees at AdminConsult Rt. The company operates in the accounting and HR consulting industry and represents Swiss AdminConsult AG in Hungary since 1997.
