time@work New Version 2.1

New version of PSA solution time@work - version 2.1 has been released in early June 2002. Developed with extensive feedback from customers, partners and empolyees the following key functionality enhancements have been introduced:

  • Interface to Microsoft Project. This brings the power of the industry standard project management tool to time@work users where with the main benefits of improved accuracy and saved time as re-keying is eliminated
  • Planned Invoices. Users are now able to put planned invoices into the time@work system which helps with fixed price or milestone dependent contracts.
  • New features in the Professional Services Workbench, a web-based tool, giving online employees access to Timesheets and Expense forms. For instance: time@work's Employee Portal has been enhanced to include greater customization.
  • Journal entry (direct entry of expenses into the system)
  • Improved data import (for static data from accounting and CRM systems)
  • Skills definitions

time@work is now available in 5 language versions: English, German, Czech, Croatian and Japanese. The development of Chinese version is under way and other language versions are planned.
