Accounting Integration

Many systems@work transactions have accounting implications:

  • Invoices
  • Expenses
  • Work in Progress
  • Write Offs

systems@work provides a mechanism for transferring accounting transactions from time@work or expense@work into accounting systems. Ledger Export Profiles can be used to define a set of target transactions and to create an XML output file based on these. A nominated XSL stylesheet can be used to operate on this output XML to produce a file suitable for import to an accounting system.

Export Sequences can be used to mark transactions as having been exported.
